'Thieves' Quests: The Early Bird' is a fully illustrated 5E Adventure that can be used as a standalone quest or can be plugged easily in your existing TTRPG campaign. It comes with maps, tokens and a little (digital) booklet that describes the adventure setup. This product is written with 5E rules in mind, but should be easy to convert into other systems.
